Trainers' Reaccreditation Workshop 2025

The start of a busy schedule of Clean Sport activities for the week organised by SEARADO started on 22nd April 2025. The SEARADO Trainer Re-accreditation Workshop was held in Bangkok, Thailand with the support of the Doping Control Agency of Thailand.

Since 2014, these SEARADO SCP Trainers have been trained to conduct Doping Control Officer (DCO) courses, DCO re-accreditation courses, Blood Collection Officers (BCO) courses and BCO re-accreditation courses. The team of dedicated SEARADO Trainers have been conducting the courses for member countries over the years. In order to keep them abreast of the latest information on testing and enhancing their capacity in presentation and other soft skills, SEARADO continues a re-accreditation process once in 2 years. The trainers were given an insight into the upcoming changes to the International Standards of Testing (IST), reaccreditation approaches from the Japan Anti-Doping Agency (JADA) and China Anti-Doping Agency (CHINADA), raising their bar in presentations.
